tbjji Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By registering, you agree to follow all of these rules.

1 General Provisions

tbjji (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the tbjji platform.

These Terms apply to the website https://tbjji.lat and all pages, services and applications under it. By accessing, using or creating an account on the platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms will apply to any dispute related to tbjji. These Terms have been written in Bengali and have been specifically created for users in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and participate on the tbjji platform:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 or above.
  • Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country where you reside.
  • One person may operate only one account.
  • Anyone who has already self-excluded or has been banned from another gaming site may not register.
21+ Only: We strictly prohibit participation by minors. If age cannot be verified during identity verification, the account will be closed.

tbjji may at any time request a government-issued ID, passport or birth registration certificate for age verification. Failure to provide documents will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on tbjji, you must provide accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is false or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel the account.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

  • Only one account is permitted per person.
  • Holding multiple accounts may result in a permanent ban.
  • Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for any activity carried out on the account registered in your name.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, tbjji may carry out document verification. This is done to prevent fraud and protect users. If required documents are not provided, deposit and withdrawal facilities may be restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on the tbjji platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds must be sent only from the account holder's own mobile banking or bank account.
  • Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply for withdrawing winnings:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not complete.
  • tbjji reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing time may vary for bank transfers.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbjji offers a welcome bonus for new members — a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

  • Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x).
  • Withdrawals from the bonus balance are not allowed until wagering is complete.
  • There may be a time limit to complete the wagering — see the applicable terms at the time of claiming the bonus.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

  • A bonus offer can be claimed only once per person, per household or per IP address.
  • If evidence of misuse of bonus benefits is found, the account will be suspended and the bonus will be forfeited.
  • tbjji reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
  • Special festival promotions (Eid, Puja, BPL season) will be governed by separate terms and conditions.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each game or sports betting event on tbjji. It is the user's responsibility to read the relevant rules carefully before placing a bet.

  • A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, tbjji reserves the right to void that bet.
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC), football, kabaddi and other sports. Official scorecards will be used to determine results for live betting events.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are governed by their own rules. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the affected round may be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbjji platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and the relevant funds may be forfeited:

  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Fraud or using another person's identity.
  • Misuse of the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Placing automated bets using software or bots.
  • Colluding with other users to commit fraud.
  • Exploiting technical errors in the platform.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
tbjji reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by tbjji

tbjji may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Extended inactivity on the account.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Please contact our support team directly for this. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed (conditions apply).

9 Limitation of Liability

tbjji is an entertainment platform. tbjji's liability is limited in the following matters:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Errors by third-party software or payment providers.
  • Loss caused by the user's own negligence.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or cyber attacks.

tbjji is not obliged to compensate users for money lost, as gambling inherently carries financial risk. Users use the platform at their own discretion and at their own risk.
